Intensive In-person Programs

Are you looking to design you own retreat, workshop or group coaching program and want a face-to-face training experience? Twice a year, we offer the Intensive Worskhop, a two-day hands-on skill building, practical workshop for practionners who are looking to develop their own group programs.
 
Programs include:
*A participant manual which includes course material, exercises, and resource lists to follow after the program;
* A group follow up call one month after the event to check in on your progress and questions;
* Practically, focused, road-tested tools and resources.
 
Intensive programs are held in Toronto, Canada and the Caribbean and are usually limited to 12-15 participants. Programs can also be delivered at your location to groups of 12 or more.

Group Coaching Intensive

Join group coaching expert, and author of Effective Group Coaching, Jennifer Britton for a high-impact two day face to face session. Building onto the solid foundation of the Group Coaching Essentials teleseminar program, this face to face training program will provide coaches with the opportunity to develop and practice group coaching skills, as well as explore core issues such as small group management.

Facilitation Skills Intensive

This fall we will also host the Group Program Facilitation Intensive (September 25-26, 2010). This program will be of interest to coaches, trainers, leaders and managers who are looking to acquire skills in small group facilitation, and group program design and marketing. The program is applicable whether you are running a workshop or retreat, or are looking to acquire group facilitation skills.
